“Keep Me in Your Heart” by Warren Zevon
Submitted by Dave & Ian
[Dave]
This may have been a My Five offering already.. not sure. Excellent tune. I know Warren is a My Five regular and for good reason.
[Ian]
This song, Keep Me in Your Heart, was recorded for his last album, The Wind,” and written when he knew he was dying.

“S.I.B. (Swelling Itching Brain)” by DEVO
Submitted by Ed
From DEVO’s sophomore effort – they do not disappoint. A good amount of dissonance, but still quirky/catchy enough to stick in the brain.

“Digging in the Dirt” by Peter Gabriel
Submitted by Alan
From the follow-up to So, this song was sufficiently groovy and sinewy, and at least for a moment followed through on the artistic promise of So. The song was syupposedly about internal exploration in group therapy. The lyrics connect internal feelings of emotional discomfort with physical sensations.

“Chest Fever” by The Band
Submitted by Bill O
I honestly have never figure out what this deep cut from “Music From Big Pink” is about, but it’s an excellent track, its title makes it fit the round and I really don’t know what other theme it would work with. (Better get that “freeze down in my knees” checked out, too.) Funky, eerie, mysterious. Great ensemble playing, including some out-there Garth Hudson organ-izing.
